When you think of the Ritz Carlton, the first thing that comes to mind is luxury. It is luxurious, but my stay was so much more. The accommodations were fantastic! First of all, There are only two rooms per elevator. No hallways, and no noisy party goers. Once inside the room, I was very pleased with the decor and layout. The room was spacious and the bathroom was out of a magazine; free standing bath tub with a view of the harbor and ocean.

Our flight was delayed into Miami, so our night out on the town was canceled. We ended up ordering room service well after midnight. Even at such a late hour, the food was great!

I look forward to great customer service, no matter where I am and they didn’t disappoint. The poolside service was fantastic, we had lunch (try the pimento croquettes) and there was a steel drum player which made hanging by the pool even nicer.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and there were tons of places to take photographs at this beautiful hotel.
